“I made this cake today just for fun. The butter filling did not turn out well at all. It contains 3 eggs and you're supposed to put it back on the double boiler right after adding the eggs. “This banana bread is amazing! I cover the top in foil after 30 minutes of cooking to prevent it from burning. I give it 20-25 minutes to cook with the foil and then it is done!
This bread comes out with a wonderful crust and moist inside. ”
