“A little mild after only two days... needs to age at least a week for full bite. I also had trouble getting the dried chilies to stay submerged. Cutting a slit in the peppers to allow them to fill with brine helps.
Could be good with other veggies too. Next time I'll add red onion and maybe some zucchini to the mix.”
