“YUM YUM YUM! This has become a Christmas tradition. My only suggestion is to blanch the cranberries first - or cook the toast on low for longer on each side - to give the cranberries time to soften. Otherwise, this recipe is wonderful.
**As an alternative, you can use two pieces of Texas Toast if you don't have Challah bread."”
