"WOW. Loved it, even with the alternative ingredients. I live on a small island in the Caribbean and couldn't get the thick sliced pork chops. Mine where about 1/2 inch and no red pepper flakes to find on the whole island. So I used 1/2 cup of sweet chili saus and 1/2 cup of honey the rest stayed the same. Delicious.... This recipe goes on my TOP T"

Hi I'm Nicole, married with a 8 year old daughter. And I like to cook. That's sometime a bit difficult, because we live on Bonaire a small island in the Caribbean. Can't have it all though and 360 days sun and all the produce you need to cook with. Started my own herb and vegtable garden. But it's hard, the lizzards and leguana love it too.
