Reviewed Prosciutto Wrapped Figs
"I tried this recipe the first time with Dried Figs (I went to 4 places, and dried were all I could find and I did not use the pumpkin spice. I drizzled the honey on the figs before I placed them in the oven (big mistake!! They came out Dry and Burnt from the honey and tasted awful!
This recipe is has a lot of bold flavors that I loved so I didn't give up... I tried for round two. This time I cut out the center of the figs, put the goat cheese in and added some chopped walnuts on top of the cheese, then I wrapped them in the prosciutto. Next, I placed them in the oven and let bake for 9 min. AFTER I took them out i drizzled them with honey. OH MY GOODNESS what a difference!! SO much BETTER!!!!
