Reviewed Sausage and Leek Casserole

This breakfast casserole is fantastic! My whole family went nuts over it and I found the recipe to be very versatile. Zucchini subs well for the leeks and just about any kind of sausage (like chorizo...) could be used. In addition, ethnic seasonings can be added to give it a mexican, italian, or creole bent. "
