My Activity

Reviewed Baked Spaghetti

"This dish is so good. You can substitute ground turkey and whole wheat pasta and it's still delicious. If I could tolerate tomatoes better I'd make this once a week! It's nice to add extra veggies, carrots and additional bell peppers. If
making for picky eaters, puree sauce with veggies and make a separate casserole for them! Thanks Paula."

Reviewed Sour Cream Coffee Cake

"This cake is wonderful. The soft bouncy cake plays well with the crunchy streusel. I added 1 1/2 cups of blueberries (tossed in a bit of flour) and it was superb! My husband said he felt like he was in a French bakery. Thank you Ina!""

Reviewed Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Reviewed Special Fried Rice

"Very good and so quick to make! I used reduced sodium soy sauce and it turned out great.""

Reviewed Easy Cranberry and Apple Cake

"Very good. A bit tart. To tone down the tartness you can reduce number of cranberries and use a sweet apple instead of a Granny Smith. I used 2/3 of a stick of butter and low fat sour cream and it turned out great. The cake was very moist and scrumptious!""

Reviewed Mama Jean's Chicken Noodle Soup

"So good! I quickly sauteed the bite sized chicken pieces with salt, pepper and olive oil till golden and added them with the noodles. I bought extra-wide noodles and added extra to the soup. I did have to add some extra seasoning-I added some dry chicken bouillon and extra spices to kick it up a notch! Next time I'll double this. It's even bet""
