Reviewed roast turkey with truffle butter

Dec 1, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I made a 5 pound turkey breast instead of the whole turkey. I used only half of the white truffle butter and put 1/2 cup water and 1/2 white wine in the roasting pan. It came out moist and flavorful. My whole family loved it. The white truffle butter imparts a wonderful savory flavor. I will be making this often for sandwiches throughout the ...

This didn't come out well. It was pretty dry and tasteless. Also, it makes a huge amount. If you're trying this out you might want to halve the recipe to see if you like it before spending too much on the ingredients.

This dish is so good. You can substitute ground turkey and whole wheat pasta and it's still delicious. If I could tolerate tomatoes better I'd make this once a week! It's nice to add extra veggies, carrots and additional bell peppers. If

This cake is wonderful. The soft bouncy cake plays well with the crunchy streusel. I added 1 1/2 cups of blueberries (tossed in a bit of flour) and it was superb! My husband said he felt like he was in a French bakery. Thank you Ina!""

Very good. A bit tart. To tone down the tartness you can reduce number of cranberries and use a sweet apple instead of a Granny Smith. I used 2/3 of a stick of butter and low fat sour cream and it turned out great. The cake was very moist and scrumptious!""

The key in my opinion is the flour coating and the sauteing of the chicken. Check the lemon sauce as you go to make sure it's not too tart. I used Smart Balance and it tasted just as good as butter. This is a wonderful dish with some mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus to go with! Thanks Giada!""
