To make this a Really healthy recipe and take out about 600 calories and have No cholesterol....seriously,,,,add 1/4 cup applesauce instead of canola oil....replace eggs with 2 T of ground flax seed mixed with 6 T Hot water (sit abt. 10 min.)...replace buttermilk with 1/2 a cup of room temp. carnation milk with 1 t realemon (sit abt. 10 min.).
