My Activity

Reviewed Skillet Rosemary Chicken

"The chicken was delicious and juicy, I just don't have a dish big enough to make the full 4 servings. My wife isn't a big fan of chicken dishes, but she liked this one. It should also be noted that it was less sour than a similar Rosemary Chicken recipe from Rachel Ray.""

Reviewed Nonna Luna's Rice

"Warm, creamy, and with a gentle spicy bite. My wife isn't a fan of spicy food and I was holding my breath, but she really enjoyed it. An added bonus, it's quick and easy."

Reviewed Mac and Cheese

"This is my wife's favorite mac & cheese (I prefer Alton Brown's). I'd never had Gruyere before, but it's great and the nutmeg really makes it something special. We've made this dish three times already.

My wife is not a fan of tomatoes so I substituted sliced red bell peppers on top. It looked picture-perfect and I am a genius."

Reviewed Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

"My wife loves this meatloaf. She likes to prep it the night before and leave it in the fridge until I pop it in the oven the next day and have it hot and ready when she gets home from work. she doesn't just use beef, either. She uses a "meatloaf mix" of several ground meats (beef, turkey, and lamb I think). The fried onions add great texture. "
