Reviewed Strawberry-Blackberry Summer Trifle

"Easy, Simple and tastes great. For the lychee syrup, I bought a can of lychees (usually in Asian markets) and used the syrup. (Chill the can to snack on the lychees later!) Also, I used Sara Lee pound cake instead of angel food cake. It's a different texture, but I love pound cake better.

Reviewed White Chocolate Bread Pudding

"Awesome pudding. The only thing was that it was super rich. So I cut down the chocolate in half. Also, I used low-fat milk. Since I didnt have a vanilla bean (and theyre quite expensive) I used 1 tsp of vanilla extract. I prefer the Challah bread. The one with raisins give it a nice touch too if you like raisins.

Reviewed Banana Bread

"Everytime my bananas get too ripe, I use this recipe. I do make a few changes. I like to use wheat flour, 1-2 more bananas, and double the cinnamon. I also used a 13x9 pan instead of 2 loaf pans and cut into squares and made little banana bites. If you use a pan, bake for only 30-40 min.
