These come out great every time! I use a muffin pan, not a special popover pan, and it works just fine. My muffin pan makes smallish muffins, so I fill 8 cups to the brim after heating it, and it came out perfect after about 29 minutes of baking. So yummy!

I would like to give these 3 and half stars. They are interesting and refreshing, but I probably wouldn't make them again. The bitterness of the grapefruit and the herby-ness of the thyme is an intriguing flavor combination, but just not "WOW."
