Reviewed Crispy Mustard Braised Pork Belly

"This dish is scrumptious and luscious and delicious. I made it a few weeks ago and am making it again today. I am not fond of fennel, so I left it out, but we didn't miss it at all. I did everything else just as in the recipe. I have a lot of pork belly in my freezer, because a friend of ours raises a pig for us every year; usually I have the belly smoked, but decided to try it unsmoked for the first time this year, and am I glad! I've tried several recipes, but this is, hands down, my favorite. Thanks Anne!
