“I tried it yesterday. Came out great.
There were 4 leftover from dinner which I ate for lunch today. They still tasted great !
It has a nice balance of tart, sour,heat - all in all very tasty. The capers add a powerful punch.
I ovenroasted1 lb of salmon - so sauteed a part of it with olive oil & pepper for a side.
