About Me
I am Scotch-Irish Italian and love to cook. My daughters love my cooking, my husband is picky. I am an artist and see cooking as just another creative medium. As an artist I get bored easily. I am not one of those people who can eat the same thing week after week. I am grateful to foodnetwork for giving me the opportunity to constantly change it up. Also as an artist I very much appreciate and love different cultures. I love exploring them through cooking.
