Reviewed Tilapia With Hash Browns
"I don't know what I did wrong but this just came out bad. Could have been the flavor of the olives or too much rosemary. Ruined a couple nice pieces of fish IMO. :("

Reviewed Spaghetti alla Carbonara
"Loved this. First time making carbonara. Added some marinated sundried tomatoes and chopped onion with the garlic to the meat mixture (used thick turkey bacon as we don't eat pork). Fantastic flavor. Even my boyfriend who's not a big pasta eater went back for more. Definitely added to the recipe book."
Reviewed Dragon's Breath Chili
"This is fantastic!! Didn't have all of the ingredients and only used hamburger but the spice and flavor were perfect! I browned the meat then threw all of the ingredients in the crock pot and let them cook overnight on Low. Added a touch of Dave's Insanity Sauce an hour before serving (was made for lunch for my co-workers). The entire crock pot was empty in the span of half an hour. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. "
Reviewed Garlic and Herb Grilled Sweet Potato Fries
"These were great. My boyfriend and I are big sweet potato fans and I wanted to try something a little different for dinner. I didn't use the grill, however. I heated a little oil in a pan and kind of "fried" the potatoes to a perfect "done-ness." Then tossed in the garlic and thyme. Garnished with some dried parsley as I didn't have fresh. Wonderful flavor!
Reviewed Wild Rice Salad
"Paula does it again! Love this recipe. Didn't have any green pepper or tomatoes so I used dried cranberries. The "dressing" was phenomenal. Thank you Paula for another great, easy, recipe!
Reviewed Roasted Cornish Game Hens
"This was my first time cooking cornish hens. This recipe was fantastic! Like several other reviewers I seasoned the cavity of the hen as well and added a little carrot to the stuffing. Cooked the hens for about an hr and a half then put them under the broiler to crisp up the skin before letting them rest for 20 min. They were so moist and flavorful. Definite keeper!!
Reviewed Biscotti
"Excellent recipe! Not a big fan of anise, so I did half a tablespoon of anise and half a tablespoon of almond. Also added slivered almonds to the dough and dipped the biscotti in melted chocolate and peanut butter. Was a big hit with my family, boyfriend, and co-workers! Will be making double batches again this week.
