"OMG! This was a hit at my family cookout! Very tasty and easy to make. Make sure you use fresh herbs and lemon juice--very essential. I let the dish refrigerate overnight to blend the flavors without the tomato and feta cheese--I put these ingredients in before I served it. The flavors just explode. I will definitely use this recipe again. "
I love the outdoors and love to cook, especially keeping up with my greatgrandmother's old Polish recipies I remember as a child. She never wrote anything down but kept it all in her head. All I have is the memory of tastes in order to reproduce those fantastic Polish dishes! I love to experiment with other dishes as well, be it Italian, Mexican, or just great ole' American barbeque. Food is great!
