Reviewed Gingerbread Cookies for the Holidays

"I really enjoying baking these cookies. After dividing the dough and wrapping in wax paper I ended up baking 1/2 the first day and the 1/2 the next day. Didn't have any problems with the dough either day but the overnight chilled cookies had a smoother texture to them. I think I will chill the dough overnight when I make them again. Both batches w""
