Reviewed Apple Coffee Cake with Crumble Topping and Brown Sugar Glaze

"This was delicious and easy to make! I used greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Perfect for breakfast with coffee/tea! The pan was eaten in less than 2 days!""

Reviewed The Ultimate Braised Brisket

"This was good....but nowhere near a 5 star...expected more after reading all the reviews. Made a few changes to the recipe, used an entire onion and minced garlic and no celery (we don't like cooked celery!). Wanted to incorporate the vegetables into the meal, so after straining and skimming the fat/bay leaf, added the vegetables and au jus to the beef. It was fork tender, but borderline dry without the sauce. Next time will add more carrots, since all the veggies picked up a great flavor with the wine, etc. Benefits were, it was an easy weekday meal, chop everything and stick in the oven, come back 3 hours later and you have dinner ready!

Reviewed Chicken Tetrazzini

"Delicious...again! I have previously commented on this recipe, but made it with leftover turkey this time and made some substitutions. You can use this recipe to clean out the fridge! I used whole milk for the whipping cream and used 1lb (box) of pasta. Had run out of breadcrumbs, so used some crushed leftover crackers with some Italian seasoning mixed in, which made for a nice cruchy topping. Used a mix of manchego and parmesan, as that's what I had leftover and used tons of it to top the casserole....didn't dot with the extra 3 tablespoons of butter...don't need the extra calories after Thanksgiving and before Xmas! :) Try it, you won't be disappointed!
