Reviewed One Bowl Chocolate Cake

I have made this recipe twice. First time cake rose beautifully, but when cooling it fell in the middle. Cake was dry. I made the cakes in an 8 inch pan. Second time I made it, I watched the time as I think 30 minutes is too long. One of the cakes fell in the middle. I am not sure why. My icing turned out to be the color of mocha and not dark"
