"I did not make the French toast (yet) but I just made the cinnamon plums, and they are delicious!! I did not have any cinnamon sticks on hand, but I used about a teaspon and a half of ground cinnamon and added about a teaspon of vanilla extract. Cannot wait to eat this compote with my oatmeal tomorrow morning!"
