Reviewed Zucchini Bread

I love this recipe, but I like to change it up alittle to make it healthier. I cut to the sugar in half to 1-1/2 cups and add dollup of molasses and then added an extra cup of shredded zucchini (since I had it). I really don't miss all that sugar. I got the idea with some desserts from Japan...We tend to over sweeten everything. Try it!!"
