I read the reviews and thought about adding veggies to the recipe, but decided to follow it exactly this first time. My only change was to make my own biscuits. EVERYONE loved it! I thought it just a little heavy, but no one else did. They suggested that I don't change a thing when I make it again. Thanks, for a great recipe!"

It was wonderful! I did make a couple of changes, I used half of the zest and increased the sugar to 1/2 cup. I toasted the pound cake on my griddle and omited the honey. Soooo Good! It was good with warm or cooled pound cake. ""

This is the same recipe that I have used for years and super easy to throw together. I did make a couple of changes though. We love onions, so I do not boil mine with the squash, but add them with the other ingredients. They are not over powering. I always use Ritz crackers because I prefer their buttery taste and sprinkle with canned Parmesean C...
