My Activity

Reviewed Red Wine Beef Stew with Potatoes and Green Beans

"My father has been spoiled by my mother's excellent cooking, which can be quite intimidating when I consider sharing dishes with them. I consider myself a go"

"I have tried many FN recipes over the years but THIS one made me join Food Network in order to give Claire the 5 star rating this salmon recipe deserves! It merits more but 5 is the limit. Thank you, Claire, for this recipe with its decadent sauce and a fabulous program. ""

About Me

Enjoy cooking but challenged by baking.  Have traveled extensively in Italy.  Though one can duplicate some of those dishes, it is near impossible to recapture the authentic flavor of the original.  This is especially true with fish dishes from the Adriatic coast as those fish are young and very delicate in flavor.
