"I loved it. It has become my "go-to" recipe for dressing - with a few modifications. I used sage sausage instead of regular sausage and sage spice, I added golden raisins and I added cayenne pepper to give it a kick! Omitted Leeks (couldn't find any) and used a medium onion. "Love, Love, Love the sauce!!! Like another user, I added a little honey to cut the vinegar (mangos not as ripe from my grocer), but once I did that, it was perfect!
