"WOW! What a great recipe! The Simple Tomato Sauce is exactly that: simple! I used the hand held blender right in the pot instead of transferring it to my food processor. I didn't have fresh rosemary and thyme in the house, so I used 1/2 teaspoon of the dry version of each, and it was perfect. My family loved this chicken, and I can't wait to make it for company. It's a winner :)
