Very tasty. Might go a tad easier on the lemon next time - hubby complained it was too tart.

Easy peasy and delish. Big hit with my husband. I used turbinado sugar with the pumpkin pie spice on top, and not sure how much of a diff but I used apple juice, not apple cider. I also served warm with vanilla ice cream on top. Impressive but so easy! Watching the show helped explain how to easily flip over the pastry such that it couldn't have...

Light and yummy. So many things packed into this pasta dish - you almost wonder if it will all fit it. The arugula reduces down to nothing so make sure you get a healthy bunch in there. Family loved it.

Well if this isn't just the easiest, yummiest chocolatey dessert ever! Didn't catch the increase in flour recommendation before I made it, but would agree to err on the longer side of baking. Oh-so-good with vanilla ice cream!

Reviewed Gwen's Fried Chicken with Milk Gravy

Oct 11, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Easy go-to recipe for delicious fried chicken. I did one batch in one pan with vegetable oil and the other batch in peanut oil. My husband said he preferred the batch in peanut oil. I could each side that full 15 minutes each, and it turned out beautifully. The gravy was more than we needed but would be perfect over biscuits the next morning....

Sorry. Agree with those that said they were soggy. I did all the recommended suggestions - watched the oven temp (nice and HOT), made sure there was enough oil on the potatoes, didn't turn them too often, spaced them out (not too crowded) etc. Flavorful yet soggy fries. Won't make again. "

Good but be careful not to add too much lemon juice. I used 1/2 a lemon and not sure if the lemon was too big or what but the dressing was very tart. I'd say less than 1/2 a lemon. "

Balked at the $15 for a half-oz of morels from our local Whole Foods for this recipe but it sure was yummy. Made it to the letter of the recipe and wouldn't change a thing. Delish."

Recipe has some flaws, I believe. The salsa references adding Lime Juice yet it's not in the salsa recipe (it's in the marinade, but not in the list of ingredients for the salsa) so I squeezed one lime's juice in just for measure. Also, we used Mahi Mahi as suggested, cooked for the four minutes on one side and 30 seconds on the other as suggest...

Feb 12, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Very tasty. I overcooked it a bit (my fault - I finished the recipe before it was time to eat and left it on a low setting but it dried it out) but hubby still loved it. He kept expecting a strong garlic flavor - nope! We don't eat a lot of carbs (don't typically serve over noodles or rice even though it would be heavenly) and the sauce is so ...

1) Alton needs to adjust his recipe. Have made this twice and each time it took at least 2X the suggested cooking time.
2) Made with the food processor on the "mandolin" setting. So easy!
3) Pulled the seeds out and put them in a mesh bag to cook with the oranges. Seeds add pectin.
4) Didn't "quarter" the oranges slices...

Very tasty. Not a hugely substantial (thick) crisp, more like a one layer of cherries with a little crisp on top. But it's CHERRIES and that makes it pretty yummy. Add some ice cream and you've got a dessert fit for a dinner party. ""

Like another reviewer, perhaps I'm expecting the fast food version of Pad Thai, but did not like this version. Made it exactly to the recipe.
