Reviewed Penne with Brown Butter, Arugula, and Pine Nuts

This is going in my permanent file. I did half spinach/half arugula because I didn't have enough arugula on hand, and it's a pretty strong green. Did not have capers so didn't add those. And I sauteed one garlic clove with the butter. Probably unnecessary but I can't imagine pasta without garlic. A perfect summer pasta. The lemon is phenomenal. Gr"
