I made this for an open house and it was a big hit. If you make the dip ahead of time (and I recommend that you do), take it out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature to really enjoy the flavors. I cut the salt in half for dietary reasons. I had many people ask me for the recipe :)

I neglected to add my comments to my review - doh! I changed the recipe by substituting non-fat Greek plain yogurt for the sour cream, which reduces the calories. We thought it was excellent and I felt very virtuous because it was also quite healthy :)"

I picked up a new pressure cooker this afternoon and selected this recipe to make for dinner. I was a little dismayed when I realized that the directions said to cook it on medium pressure for 25 minutes - my cooker only has a high and low setting. I opted to cook it on high for 20 minutes, and it was perfect. I used half red wine, half beef brot...
