Reviewed Key Lime Tarts
"So yummy! I made 12 cupcake size tarts, cooked them for 20 minutes and they came out really well. I did have to double the recipe to fill all of the 12 cupcake paper cups to the top. For the crust, I could not find the key lime cooler flat cookies, but did find key lime cooler twist cookies at my local grocery store. I processed all of the coo"
"Very good! This recipe is very simple and does not require many ingredients. I, like other reviewers, found that the sauce gets very concentrated and begins to burn a bit on the edges when in the oven for too long. I left the sauce in the oven for an hour and 10 minutes. Next time, I will not sieve the tomatoes and add all of the tomato juices from the can into the sauce. Because my picky hubby likes to have meat in his tomato sauce, I added some meatballs to this recipe. We both really enjoyed the recipe. I think next time I will substitute fresh basil for the fresh oregano. Thank you, Ina, for another winner. :)"
"So yummy! I only had sugared pecans on hand and they were a special treat in this dish. This recipe certainly makes weeknight chicken special. "
Reviewed Beatty's Chocolate Cake
"Devine! I am pregnant and made the mistake of watching Ina make this cake on her show. I had to make it IMMEDIATELY! :) The cake is super moist. I did not add the raw egg nor the instant coffee to the icing. It tasted fantastic regardless of these two omissions. Thank you for requesting this recipe from your friend Michael, Ina!
Reviewed Creamy Artichoke and Spinach Dip
"Very yummy and easy! Everyone at my dinner party loved this dip. I used canned and quartered artichoke hearts and think I will cut them a bit smaller the next time I prepare this dish. I also love spinach and think that I will add a bit more spinach next time, as well. Thank you, Paula!
Reviewed Lemon Pasta with Roasted Shrimp
"What a quick, easy and tasty dish! I made this last night and received rave reviews from my picky hubby. I did take the advice of other reviewers to marry the flavors of the butter, lemon juice, zest, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan while the pasta and shrimp were cooking. I added two cloves of minced garlic to the sauce, as well. Fresh parsley and basil added as a last touch helped to bring a freshness to this dish. Lovely! Will certainly make again. Thank you, Ina!
