"We take fish fries seriously in Wisconsin, so most pubs and local restaurants have great fried fish, but the chips were often greasy, soggy, or unpalatable! I must say this is better than my favorite local pub's fish and the fries were fantastic too! I love Anne's simple and easy to follow directions!
