This is a excellent recipe. I have never baked apples before!but my mom use to I tried these for my family (1/12/2012. I served them with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and carmel they finger licking the bowls clean.I add extra cinnamon and a bit allspice and chop almonds over the top..Paula i love you and i watch you every day on food""
