"Short story...my wife lied when I called to see if we had everything...we didn't...so here is what I substituted. Tomato sauce with mild taco sauce, bell pepper and jalepeno with Rotel and yellow rice instead of white rice...I topped each one with a half slice of pepper jack when it was done...now I have to make these once a week for the kids.
