Reviewed Cajun-Injected Spicy Turkey
"This was only my 2nd time ever cooking a turkey and my 1st time hosting Thanksgiving! I decided to do a larger 19 pound traditional turkey, and I tried this receipe on the 10 pound turkey. Let's just say, I could have used this receipe for both!! The cajun turkey was a HIT! My husband & son haven't stopped talking about it, and everyone kept asking me who did the turkey. Needless to say, I have already been told I must make this for Christmas. Hubby drank my beer, so I substituted tequila & water. DELICIOUS!!!!
