My Activity

Reviewed Fancy 5-Minute Grilled Cheese

"Well...I forgot the peppers : (

But it was still very good. The 2 cheeses work well together. You get a soft creamy sharpness with the Laughing Cow and the slight milky sweetness of the gooey fat free slice. I used a bit less whipped butter, so mine was about 5.5 grams of fat, but even at 7.5 gr. this is a bargain for a cheesy crunchy hot butter""

Reviewed Hungry Chick Chunky Soup

"Great old fashioned home cooked taste with a modern healthful twist. Tons of veg and lean protein. No one will ever guess it's healthy.

I cooked mine on low and used low sodium organic tomatoes and stock to control the sodium levels Next time I will thaw the peas and add them at the end to keep them bright green. A definite re-make.""
