Reviewed Crustless Spinach Cheese Quiche
"Very rich and filling so you would only want a small piece. We cooked in a 7x11 pan for 40 minutes and came out perfectly. Used shredded cheddar instead of grated which worked well also. More of a spinach/cheese casserole than a quiche."
