My Activity

Reviewed Gorilla Bread

"OMG!!! PERFECT!!! I read peoples comments about leaving it in an extra 10 minutes but did not want to chance burning. I turned oven off at 30 minutes and let it sit in there for 5 minutes. Came out perfect!! My niece tried it and wants me to bring it for Thanksgiving dinner!! Loved it and so did family!! Need a sweet tooth for this one.

This is the low fat version right??

Reviewed Sloppy Buffalo Joes

"As Rachel would say "DELISH"!!! I thickened it up a little, was to loose. I have an 8 yr old so stuck with 1/4 cup hot sauce, should have gone with 1/3. I have a nice bakery around corner so fresh rolls realy mellowed the flavor/heat. Found myself eating it straight from the pot!

Reviewed Roasted Pork Loin with Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette

"Tasted good.
I always stick to a recipe the first time - alter after that.
Vineger a little overpowering. I would reduce that & add to taste. I think a little Rosemary would be great in the sauce!!
