“I'm in the UK so this was a new recipe for me. An easy and healthy one pot dish that my family loved. I thought there might be left overs but my son and husband demanded seconds. Can see this becoming a regular dish in our family.
I didn't have any low sodium stock so just skipped adding any extra salt."”
