Outstanding. I was so pleased to find this recipe. Granted, I had to make some alterations. I added about 1/4 cup of olive oil and some sour cream to loosen up the mix and make it the smooth consistency on the picture. Just the peas and the greek yogurt weren't giving me the results that I needed. But, once I did that, perfection.

This was just delicious and so easy. I substituted dried rosemary for fresh. I added 1t of sea salt and 1/2 t of pepper. Sprinkled Creole seasoning while cooking. Tastes amazing and very affordable.

This recipe received raves from my family and friends. I followed the recipe for the most part, but, added my own touches. Such as, useing my favorite Italian dressing and eliminating the beans.
