Reviewed Pumpkin Soup with Chili Cran-Apple Relish
"WOW! I made this soup yesterday and had it today for dinner and it was DELICIOUS! I love making soup and this was, by far, one of the best I've made and eaten! Thank you Rachael! I followed other suggestions and used 1 cup skim milk and 1 cup fat-free half & half. The only other change was that I didn't have hot sauce, so I made it without. I used a fresh pumpkin, cooked it for 45 minutes and then pureed it. But I followed the rest of the recipe exactly and it was very tasty and thick. Better than most restaurant soups I've had and will make it again and again.
