Pet-peeves?..I don't like wasteful people whether it is energy(leaving lights, tv, video games etc. on when no one is in the room) or food (Over buying causing food to spoil or over ordering: Their eyes are bigger than their stomach).
What inspires me to cook?..I can any or eveything! A memory from my Grand parents to the latest dish a restaurant is promoting I will replicate them with my own flare.
