Shaping a hard flour mixture into a "pretzel" doesn't make it a pretzel.
Following the directions, these turned out drier than flour and weighed 8 oz each!...”

“I really wanted this to be great but the waffles were kind of dense and heavy. Also they didn't have the crisp sides. I followed the recipe precisely and we have a wonderful (flipping) waffle iron so I just think the waffles weren't what I was looking for."”
