Reviewed Grilled Smoked Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Glaze

I tried this recipe and it was not the best. However, to Sunny's defense, I used regular pork chops, and not smoked. The sweetness from the sauce stuck to and cooked into my grill pan and the ensuing burn smell/taste on the meat was NOT nice. I do not like charred taste on my grilled meat, uck!

This is the EASIEST biscuit recipe I have ever seen. The biscuits do have a a very nice flavor, however, I find them to be a bit on the dry side. I have made them twice now and its not an overkill with the dryness, but I dont want to have to mask it with additional butter or jam/jelly.

I felt like I was taking a bite out of the Big Easy. I did not use potatos or rice, I had mashed potatoes. The gravy in this dish is the star. The meat was nice and flavorful, a best supporter no doubt, but that gravy was out of this world delicious.
