About Me

I'm a dad, but do most of the cooking. My kids call me a food snob because I dont like the same thing over and over. There are too many wasy to prepare even the most basic dishes. For example, there are lots of ways to fix a pork chop beside grilling it or frying it in the skillet. Last night I made Pork Chops Yum-yum (#95222. Over 300 people had given it rave reviews, so I figured it would be worth a try. It was out of this world. Another great way to fix the common pork chop. Every highly reviewed dish I might be looking for gets a double take from me. Ms. Lillian, by the way, is our greyhound. She loves whatever I fix.

Favorite Foods

My favorite foods include shell fish. I could eat mussels at least once a week. My wife doesnt share my passon for mussels, so I dont get them nearly that often.

We also eat lots of pork dishes, pork roasts, pork tenderloin, etc.

Chicken is an old stand by and there are hundreds of decicious recipes here to choose from.

I frequently buy whatever is on special at the grocery and come here to find an interesting way to prepare it.
