“Excellent rub. I used it on a pork sirloin, changed each tsp to a Tbl & added 1/2 Tbl of cayenne pepper & 1/2 Tbl of smoked paprika, as my family luvs spicy food.

“Very good! & very versatile. very buttery, as all 8 tbls of butter went into the pan. I added 3 tbls of chopped pickled jalepenos & a tbl of the the pickled jalepeno juice & a 1/4 cup of brown sugar just to spice it up. will add corn & maybe cheddar cheese next time with 2 tbls less butter.""”
