"I just made this for my family. I've never made a pot roast before. I followed the recipe except for the amount of salt and pepper. I only used the salt and pepper to season the meat before dredging with flour. Then when it was time to put in the oven, I put it in my crock pot for 4 - 5 hours on high. It was perfect!
