Reviewed Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I have used this recipe for years. It always makes a perfectly moist cake with a wonderful caramelized topping. I have used fresh and canned pineapple, pecans and walnuts and all of them taste delicious. I have also made it with turbinado sugar and granulated sugar. I prefer the turbinado sugar, but they both taste great. "
