Reviewed Tuscan Vegetable Soup
"Very good soup. It was insanely filling! The serving size was much too large for both me and my husband! This recipe could easily feed 8+. I used vegetable broth, however will try it with chicken broth next time as it seemed a little bland. Also, in the future I will use kale instead of spinach."
