Reviewed Turkey, Kale and Brown Rice Soup
"I followed the recipe with two exceptions: didn't have Herbs de Provence so I used Italian herbs and didn't use ground turkey breast just regular ground turkey which is still lean. It was a pleasant surprise, I thought it would taste sort of boring but it was flavorful. So healthy and hearty."
Reviewed Classic Tortilla Soup
"This was so yummy! The best part is that is was also easy. Definitely a keeper. I made a couple of slight adjustments - added a Chile de arbol (for extra spice) and a pinch of cumin. It was awesome with queso fresco and avocado."
Reviewed Michael's Banana Coffee Muffins
"I made the following modifications: used 1 cup regular ap flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat, added 1/2 cup oatmeal and added broken up pieces of dark chocolate. Also I only had three bananas. If you like a sweet muffin add more sugar - I really thought these would be sweeter. Next time I will try 1/4 extra cup of sugar or maybe sprinkle sugar on top. "

Reviewed Easy Tzatziki with Toasted Pita Crisps
"Its quite tasty! The first time I made it I only had parsley available so I used that instead of dill. I used only 1 tsp. of salt based on a bunch of reviews and that was plenty. Delicious!""

Reviewed The Lady's Coleslaw
"I'm not a fan of coleslaw but I had an almost untouched head of cabbage in the refrigerator and figured I could make coleslaw to have with the pulled pork we purchased the other day. Its so easy to make and way better than the stuff at KFC. I bet it would be awesome on a burger or a hot dog too. Yummy.""
