This recipe is SO good and SO simple to make! It tastes gourmet but a quick meal to put together after work. I used par cooked chicken breasts and put them in an egg wash before the flour just to get the flour to stick a little. I also didn't have fresh parsley on hand so I put some dried in with a little water/flour mixture to thicken the sauce a"
