Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina

"Doubled this recipe as is with the exception of using one can of diced tomatoes with garlic and oregano and one fire roasted as that is what I had on hand. It is absolutely a keeper. I think made without the chicken would it would serve as a great side dish for another main meat item (I'm thinking chicken parm, or for a vegetarian dish. Absolut""

Reviewed Roasted Chestnut Sausage Dressing

"I made this last year after watching Tyler make it on the holiday special. I also made our old stand by, just in case. No need for the old stand by because THIS will now be our family favorite. Everyone, including the pickiest of adults and children loved it. I did not add chestnuts last year as they were out of them at my store and I didn't have time to store hop. I just picked up a box of steamed chestnuts at Trader Joes as somebody else mentioned and intend to use them this year. No peeling required and budget friendly. I'm glad to see others say that turkey sausage worked well as I am having a guest this year that doesn't do pork. Can't wait till Thanksgiving to eat this again! YUM!
